Allow space around the machine for airflow.

Indoor or protected

Place in a clean, dry protected indoor area.

Restocking access

Ensure easy access for regular machine restocking.

Site approval

Landlord or site approval may be required.

Returns & Cancellations

Please review the information below before placing an order.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch subject to confirmation. Payments made will be refunded in line with our terms.

Cancellations After Dispatch

Once a machine has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled as delivery and handling costs are arranged.

Returns

Machines are not normally returned unless there is a confirmed fault covered by warranty. Returns follow warranty policy.

Important notes

Please note that machines are large and heavy pieces of equipment, so proper access and power sources must be completely ready prior to their delivery. Additionally, please be aware that delivery can only be made to the ground floor or a similarly accessible level.
