An AI vending machine lets customers choose directly from the shelves instead of selecting a product code and waiting for an item to drop. AI product recognition identifies what was removed, so several products can be bought in one visit without scanning each barcode.
Our AI vending range brings together two manufacturers, HAHA and SandStar, with formats from a 580 mm-wide compact cabinet to double-door, display-led and freezer models. Start with the products you want to sell, the space you have and the demand you expect, then compare the cabinets that fit.
The equipment price is only one part of the decision. HAHA machines carry fixed service charges of £26.50 per month per machine, plus 0.6% of card sales and £0.08 per order. SandStar machines have fixed connected-service costs of £68.02 per month, covering the SandStar platform, payment service and managed 4G, plus 0.6% of card sales and £0.03 per order. There is no separate SandStar AI-recognition fee. Delivery is shown separately on each product page.
The standard UK payment package on HAHA and SandStar machines is a PAX contactless terminal with Shift4 merchant setup. Each machine needs a working internet connection, the product range set up and a test transaction before sales open.
